We offer these products in three formats:

On Point Company Snapshots – Quick research for a lunch meeting or potential contact.

The on point company snapshot contains current news articles about the entity and information about a new product or new legislation that might impact it. It includes relevant items that would be good conversation starters and show the client that the accountant/attorney/executive is aware and concerned about the client’s business. Materials are selected to enhance the “touch.” The format is either hardcopy (full text with search terms highlighted) or a PDF of the information.

On Point Company Reports – In-depth research covering the last two to five years.

The on point company report contains news articles about the entity and information about trends in its industry. It includes: 1) annual reports, SEC filings (10K, 8K, proxies), 2) information on new company officers and directors, 3) litigation either against the company or against competitors, 4) listing of intellectual property. An executive sum mary presents key information. The format is either hardcopy in a small notebook with tabs for subject headings or a PDF with hyperlinks.

Comprehensive Briefing Books

The comprehensive briefing book is divided into sections and each section consists of an executive summary with pertinent information highlighted. Information in full text is included behind the summary. The topics include Company, Officers and Directors, Intellectual Property, SEC filings, News Stories, Reported Cases, Litigation Reports, Counsel biographical information for both in-house and law firms, Financials, Subsidiaries, Product Information, Web site (home page and selected pages) and Conflicts report (generated by law firm). The format is a three-ring notebook with a branded cover, index page, and tabs marked with the topics. The notebook can be scanned and put into a PDF format.
