Insurance Rate Review and Retrieval
Access/Information is the largest independent research company and
provider of insurance filings in Colorado. We regularly obtain Colorado
rates and rules for a variety of clients including insurance companies,
rating companies, independent analysts, and law firms.
We keep you informed of your request and complete it as quickly as
possible, usually within three days. We understand the complexity of
Colorado’s rate filing requirements as well as the Division of
Insurance’s internal indexing and retrieval systems.
No job is too big or too small. Many of our clients have requested
monthly watches for particular insurance lines and companies in order to
stay current with industry trends. Others have needed to review and
analyze filings for specific needs, such as Colorado’s 2003 conversion
from a no-fault to a torts system for private passenger automobiles.
Sample Project
We reviewed filings to locate the premium calculation formula of a
specific personal auto insurance company. Since the company had not
changed the formula for years, it was not included in any of the
company’s recent rate filings. We found the formula in a 1996 filing footnote. With this missing piece of information, our client was able to proceed with his insurance analysis. |
